Last week I shared a few thoughts on the show Devious Maids now airing on Lifetime on Sundays at 9 p.m. CST.
In addition to checking out the show early, I also met and interviewed two the show's stars, Judy Reyes and Edy Ganem. We talked about the show from their perspective and also had some laughs. Judy Reyes is hilarious and really down to earth. She is such a professional. I was the second to last of a day full of interviews (and weeks of media tour I'm sure) and have to say that I was happy to get their full attention. Edy Ganem also held her own. She is new to the big leagues of Hollywood but you can tell she is going to do well by how confident she portrays herself. I'm sure that her co-stars have been a blessing for her. It appears that Judy is very supportive of the newcomer.
Here is Judy Reyes on her first impression of Devious Maids and her experience during the audition.
Competition is competition. In Hollywood it's always on, but Judy describes how different that competition was as an actor with Devious Maids.
One of my goals in life is to help others through my experiences. A way I do that is by sharing what other's have to say about their success. Edy Ganem shares her advice here and also talks about social media.
Have you watched the show? What are your thoughts on it?
