Hi friends. Thanks for stopping by! So, this post is about fitness and goals and pushing through!
You might have noticed I’m on a quest to find my fitness. A quest to #BSoFit. So far, I’m 50 pounds down. I’m happy with my progress but I am not quite ready to get comfortable yet. I have hit a few bumps and like all ups and downs, they got me thinking. Here are my latest thoughts:
- You cheat on your diet, your body cheats you.
- I had a couple off weekends and I paid the price on the scale. This is important because I’m not at my goal. I really needs to watch that I do not have too many of these misses or I put myself in a risky place…you know, that place that takes one to the start line all over again. Uh, can I get a heck no!? My trainer is really great at reminding me to stay on track (more on that later).
- Learn and move on.
- Don’t lie to yourself and accept the facts of diet mess ups. BUT, find your wind again and get back on track.
- Inspire yourself.
- At the end of the day, it’s me, myself and I. I define my strength and desire to persevere. This time around, I decided to splurge on some new apparel to remind me of my goals.
When I shot this video for you, I was four to five pounds away from my best weight in this journey. I don’t think I was even at 50 anymore. Today, I am happy to report that I am back at my best-for-now weight and working on next goal…60.
Thanks for the support and holler if you need me. I’m happy to support you too!
